Choose a spot in the thermal pool enriched with Lithium, Calcium and Magnesium, and follow the coach's movements. Exercise in mineral-enriched water is meant to relax the body and strengthen the muscles of the back and abdomen in order to prevent back pain, help mobility and correct posture.
