Core Work Out

Correct posture is the starting point for a healthy body. And when you spend long hours at the office, this is something that should play a key role in your life.

The Core Workout program is designed to strengthen the abdomen and straighten the spine, hips, dreptus and transversus abdominis and the obliques to prevent back pain or pain due to accidents or poor posture that can lead to personal mobility being diminished. The exercises takes place in the Magnesium, Calcium and Lithium-enriched pools. Each session lasts 15 minutes.
